Dean Duncan
Paralegal/Investigator
Dean has worked as a legal assistant and investigator at the firm since 2002. He also coordinates and manages various aspects of courtroom technology for any cases that go to trial. "There's always something new and interesting to learn," he said. "I enjoy applying different technologies, research and scientific facts to different cases--it never gets boring or repetitive."
Dean's educational background includes:
- Earning an associate degree in criminal justice and a bachelor of science from Bowling Green State University
- Receiving a paralegal certificate from the Ohio Paralegal Institute
- Graduating from the Court Management Program at the National Center for State Courts in Williamsburg, Virginia
- Receiving the certified legal assistant designation from the National Association of Legal Assistants
A resident of Huron, Dean enjoys shooting pool and playing golf. He is an active member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the National Association for Court Management.

Judi DelNostro
Legal Assistant
Judi has worked at the firm as a legal assistant since 1978 in support of firm partner Mark Wakefield. "I really love working here and being so involved with our clients," she said. "When a client gets injured, I enjoy helping guide them through all the stages of the process and answering their questions. I also assist them by carefully maintaining their personal information and medical records, and tracking their medical progress."
Judi graduated from Brush High School in South Euclid-Lyndhurst, where she completed a secretarial office program. She currently lives in Mentor with her husband and Bichon named Basil. She also has a son who was recently married.

Pamela Dayner
Legal Assistant
Since 1984, Pam has worked as a legal assistant for the firm. She currently assists James Lowe, a partner with the firm, and trial attorney Michelle Holiday. "I always feel fortunate to work in a team environment where we are all treated very equally," she said. "We are encouraged to think for ourselves and work independently."
Pam attended John Marshall High School in Cleveland. She enjoys cooking and is an avid animal lover. She currently resides in Cleveland with her roommate and two dogs.

Diane Lemmeier
Legal Assistant
Since 2008, Diane has worked as a legal assistant with firm partners Ryan Fisher and Gregory Scott. "I enjoy the atmosphere and the challenge of my job," she said. "It really is a great place to work."
Diane attended college at Kent State University. She currently lives in North Olmsted with her husband. Her oldest daughter is attending college at Kent State, while her younger daughter is in high school.

Marilyn Dillow
Legal Assistant
Marilyn has worked as a legal assistant to Dennis Mulvihill since joining the firm in 2009. "Prior to joining LEWM, I worked for a large, international law firm for over 20 years. I have enjoyed transitioning to a smaller firm, doing plaintiff's work for the first time, and feeling welcomed into this amazing group of individuals who are like a family," she explained. "Our staff is involved in multiple projects and works very well together. No matter what we're working on, our opinion counts and is always considered."
Marilyn and her husband currently reside in Concord with their dog and two cats. She is a history buff and an avid reader, loves all water sports, and cares deeply about animal welfare. She has three daughters and a grandson.

Valerie Neidert
Office Manager
Valerie joined the firm in March 2011, and she is currently the office manager and bookkeeper. She enjoys her job, in part, because her coworkers "are so friendly, outgoing and easy to work with."
Valerie holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Spring Arbor University in Michigan and an associate's degree in accounting from Sinclair Community College in Dayton. Her employment history includes working for 13 years in the sales and marketing department of a manufacturing company where she managed all aspects of its pricing and financial analysis functions. Prior to joining LEWM, Valerie was a bookkeeper for another law firm.
She resides in Lorain with her husband and two children. She and her family enjoy the water and boating during the summer. She is currently on the school board of her local school district.
