Michelle is an associate attorney at Lowe, Eklund, Wakefield and Mulvihill Co., LPA where her litigation practice focuses on personal injury, product liability, and medical and other professional malpractice cases. With experience at all stages of litigation, Michelle has successfully tried cases and argued appeals with impressive results. Licensed in both state and federal court, she continues to act as a zealous advocate for her clients.
Prior to joining Lowe, Eklund, Wakefield and Mulvihill Co., LPA, Michelle's legal experience included criminal defense, labor and employment disputes, commercial litigation, and administrative law. She brings to our firm a diverse legal background with an emphasis on litigation.
Michelle has received national recognition while competing on behalf of the University of Akron's School of Law trial team. As a graduate of Hiram College, she currently sits on Hiram's Alumni Board of Directors. Michelle is proud to be associated with community legal aid programs. Currently, she is a volunteer with the Cuyahoga Board of Developmental Disabilities and the American Civil Liberties Union, along with numerous animal rescue organizations.
